Add files to merge:
Add files to concatenate:

flowDraw: flow cytometry analysis ShinyApp:

- Browse and open a .fcs file to start analysing.
- Save the events of the selected gate clicking on Save button
- Reset analysis with the Reset Button.
- Save the plot to 'saved plots' tab by doubleclick the plot area.
- Arrange plots with double click on the plot tab selector.

Plot area icons:
- Move plot.
- New plot.
- Remove plot.
- Draw polygon gate.
- Draw rectangle gate.
- FreeDraw a gate.
- Quadrant gate.
- Zoom in.
- Plot colors configuration.
- Axis scale configuration.

Gates manipulation:
- Draw gates (select the correct tool on plot).
- Input the gate name (or gate number) to Create, Edit or Delete a gate.
- Use the buttons to Create, Edit or Delete a gate.

Zoom:
- Draw a retangle gate and click on ZoomIn icon on top-right plot corner to zoom.
- Click on ZoomOut icon to reset zoom.

GatingML:
- Save the current gating strategy on a (flowDraw custom format) gatingML .xml file with the save button.
- Browse and open a gatingML .xml file and mark the Apply GatingML checkbox to overwrite the gating strategy with the .xml data.

Saved plots tab:
- PlotGates button: create representative plot of each gate.
- Create Report button: create a report with the saved plot and statistics of gates.
- Save the plot to later view on Saved plots tab with doubleclick on plot area.
- Remove saved plot from Saved plots tab with doubleclick on it.

Advaced Plots tab:
- Select the event number, gate, markers and algorithm used.
- Click on Compute button to initiate data embendig (the computation occurs on backgroud and can last long!).

Calculate tab:
- Select merge or concatenation.
- Select files to merge/concatenate.
- If merge/impute selected, select each marker as Unique/Common/Not included. At least 2 makers must be selected as Common.
- Click on Calculate button to initiate calculation (the calculation occurs on backgroud and can last long!).

Configuration tab:
- Select the max events to be ploted (huge impact of overall plot responsiveness).
- Select SavedPlot resolution (larger value, better plot quality, more time to download and more memory consumption).
- Select default values for log scale, plot color and if the file must be compensated on open.
- This values will be saved as cookie and loaded on next access.
